John Blackburn’s real estate journey began in college, when a friend convinced him to pursue his real estate license. Despite starting his career during the 2008 financial crisis, John’s perseverance and determination led him to a successful path in real estate investing. Through mentorship, he transitioned from struggling agent to seasoned investor, building a portfolio that allowed him to retire early and help his family achieve financial freedom. With 17 years of experience and over 1,800 properties bought and sold, mostly rental homes, John is passionate about teaching others that success is built on hard work, mentorship, and resilience. He now focuses on helping others navigate the real estate market and achieve their own financial independence.
Nate Hall
Originally from Bangor, Maine, Nathan moved to San Diego in 2007, where he lives with his wife, Crystal. With over a decade of experience in real estate, Nathan has helped thousands of investors build and expand their rental portfolios. He is passionate about coaching and teaching, finding joy in helping others achieve financial freedom through real estate. When he's not working, Nathan enjoys visiting his family on the East Coast and spending time with his wife, golfing, reading, and indulging in tacos. Sara Giret
Sara Giret grew up as a Midwest farmer’s daughter and later became a Southern California surfer girl, bringing both grounded values and adventurous energy into the work she does today. She entered the real estate world in 2012 and spent nearly a decade helping people invest and build real estate businesses through an education company. During the pandemic, Sara made the leap into full-time investing, averaging around 20 deals a year with her business partner through wholesales and fix-and-flips, while also taking on her own BRRRR project. That firsthand experience gave her a deep understanding of both the opportunities and challenges that come with managing every moving part of an investment. It also shaped her belief in the power of intentional, turnkey-style investing as a way to build income and long-term wealth without creating a second job. Today, Sara is passionate about helping others create a clear, personalized plan for investing in rental properties with confidence, education, and the right support. Outside of work, she has been married for four years and is a proud mama to more than 100 plants.

Originally from the Philippines, Kit has been connecting with clients and building relationships since 2014. Now a Turnkey Property Assistant at Turnkey Property Pros, he loves supporting clients and team members while learning the ins and outs of rental property investing. Known for his dedication and reliability, Kit works to make every step of the process smooth and stress-free. A proud father of two, he is motivated by family and the joy of helping others succeed in their real estate and wealth-building goals.

A California native, now based in San Diego, Amber Calkins serves as Chief Operating Officer at Turnkey Property Pros. She is known for creating clarity from chaos - building the systems, processes, and structure that allow both teams and clients to thrive. With extensive experience supporting founders and scaling real estate and education-based businesses, Amber focuses on optimizing the investor experience from first conversation through long-term ownership.
