John Blackburn’s real estate journey began in college, when a friend convinced him to pursue his real estate license. Despite starting his career during the 2008 financial crisis, John’s perseverance and determination led him to a successful path in real estate investing. Through mentorship, he transitioned from struggling agent to seasoned investor, building a portfolio that allowed him to retire early and help his family achieve financial freedom. With 17 years of experience and over 1,800 properties bought and sold, mostly rental homes, John is passionate about teaching others that success is built on hard work, mentorship, and resilience. He now focuses on helping others navigate the real estate market and achieve their own financial independence.
Nate Hall
Originally from Bangor, Maine, Nathan moved to San Diego in 2007, where he lives with his wife, Crystal. With over a decade of experience in real estate, Nathan has helped thousands of investors build and expand their rental portfolios. He is passionate about coaching and teaching, finding joy in helping others achieve financial freedom through real estate. When he's not working, Nathan enjoys visiting his family on the East Coast and spending time with his wife, golfing, reading, and indulging in tacos. Danika Aviano
Born and raised in Southern California, Danika Aviano is a true San Diego local with a deep-rooted passion for real estate. Raised by a financial planner and a real estate agent/educator, she learned early on the power of combining financial strategy with real estate to build long-term wealth. Over the last 10+ years, Danika has guided clients through over 1,000 acquisitions, specializing in helping them reverse-engineer their income and generational wealth goals. As a mom of two, her family is her "why," and she is committed to creating time ownership and financial freedom for her clients through passive income. Jessica Hickey
Originally from a background in healthcare and automotive sales, Jessica brings over 18 years of experience in client-focused industries to her role as a Turnkey Property Assistant. After spending 12 years in the medical field and 6 years in automotive sales, she transitioned into real estate with a passion for connecting clients to the right coaches and properties. Known for her strong communication skills, organization, and adaptability, Jessica plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both clients and team members.
